Boot to windows 11 installation media
Shift F10

verify (windows should be present) sudo nano /etc/default/grub

GRUB_TIMEOUT=10

GRUB_TIMEOUT_STYLE=menu

sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg

regenerate grub config file

bootctl status
